About Northwest Data
Locally Owned. Deeply Rooted. Relentlessly Committed to Getting It Right.
Northwest Data Services was founded in 1994 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, with a simple idea: businesses in our community deserve an IT partner they can actually trust. Three decades later, that idea drives everything we do.
We're a team of dedicated IT professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, and every one of us lives and works right here in Northwest Colorado. We're not a faceless call center. When you reach out, you'll talk to someone who knows your business, your systems, and probably your dog's name.
What sets us apart is how we work.
What Sets NDS Apart
Integrity First
We tell you what you need to hear, not what's easiest to sell.
Plain-Language
No jargon, no runaround. We explain things clearly and make sure you're comfortable before we move forward.
Partnership
We succeed when your business succeeds. That's why we invest in understanding your goals, not just your hardware.
Pride in Our Craft
We get it right the first time, and we take the extra time to make it right if we ever fall short.
Family First
NDS is a family-first company, and that culture extends to how we treat our clients. You're not a ticket number. You're a neighbor, a business owner, and a partner. As a managed IT partner based in Steamboat Springs, we bring that same commitment to every business we serve across Northwest Colorado.
We look forward to working with you.
"We’ve had a great experience working with Northwest Data Services. Every single person I’ve worked with or interacted with at NDS has been more than helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They have an excellent team, and it’s clear that taking care of their customers is a priority. We really value our relationship with NDS and appreciate everything they do for Vista Verde Ranch and Steamboat Lake Outpost."
