Job Description
- Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a variety of client products and equipment from networks, workstations, and servers to phones and cables.
- Requests orders for parts and equipment and replaces parts and equipment as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the client’s needs.
- Is proactive in client care and helps expand the NDS client base.
- Collaborates with NDS employees and management.
- Maintains clear communication with the partner in charge of the client.
- Tracks and records hours worked as well as detail of work performed both accurately and timely.
- Working hours are NDS office hours which are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday however occasional overtime or after hours work may be expected.
